That is the constitutional plaintiff. 2) What is the precise constitutional language that the plaintiff asserts the defendant is violating? 3) Who is the defendant? 4) How does P argue that #2 is being violated by D’s Acts? 5) How does D respond (May be more than counter argument) 6) What does court decide on this issue? 7) Why does court decide this? What is court’s authority for this decision?
